If you’re having trouble signing in to R10 Ronaldinho Playground, don’t worry, most sign-in issues can be fixed quickly with a few simple steps. Whether you’re using email, Google, Apple, Facebook, or TikTok, here’s how to troubleshoot and get back to your freestyle journey.

  1.  Check Your Internet Connection

Make sure you’re connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network.
A weak or unstable connection can prevent the app from verifying your login credentials or loading your profile.

  1.  Verify Your Email and Password

If you’re signing in with an email address:

  • Double-check that you entered the correct email and password (no extra spaces or typos).
  • If you forgot your password, tap “Forgot Password?” on the sign-in screen to reset it.
    Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the password reset link.
  1.  Check Your Linked Account (Apple, Google, Facebook, TikTok)

If you signed up using a third-party account:

  • Make sure you’re logged into the same Apple ID / Google / Facebook / TikTok account you used to create your R10 profile.
  • If you have multiple accounts, you may be trying to sign in with a different one.
    Try logging out and back into the correct account on your device before opening the app again.

Sometimes, stored data can cause login errors.

  • Close the app completely and reopen it.
  • If the issue continues, clear your app cache or restart your device.
    This helps refresh your session and often resolves minor glitches.
