If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry — it’s easy to reset. Here’s how to do it quickly and easily.
Step 1: Open the R10 Ronaldinho app as usual, tap “Login In,” then select “Forgot your password?” This will begin the password recovery process so you can reset your login details securely
Step 2: You will need to enter your registered email to reset the password
Step 3: You’ll receive a verification code to proceed to the next step. Make sure to enter the exact code sent to your email — it must match to continue.
Step 4: Enter your new password, making sure it meets our password requirements.
