By participating in the R10 Ronaldinho Playground Pre-Launch Reward “The Wizard’s Passport”Campaign (“Campaign”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
1. Organizer
This Campaign is organized by R10 Ronaldinho Playground (“Organizer”).
2. Campaign Period
The Campaign begins on June 5, 2026 and ends on June 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Brazil time).
Eligible rewards are expected to be distributed on or around June 16, 2026.
3. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to individuals who:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years old; and
- Reside in Brazil.
Participants must create a valid R10 Ronaldinho Playground account using accurate information.
4. Campaign Rewards
Campaign rewards are up to 12,000 R10 points, which may be exchanged for
- R10 digital card packs;
- Ronaldinho AI call time;
- Football skill feedback from Ronaldinho AI;
For avoidance of doubt:
(a) All rewards are digital-only rewards within the R10 Ronaldinho Playground ecosystem;
(b) No physical trading cards, merchandise, shipping, or cash prizes are included;
(c) Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any other compensation.
5. Campaign Structure
The Campaign consists of separate participation steps.
Completion of one step is sufficient to qualify for the reward associated with that specific step.
Participants are not required to complete all Campaign steps in order to receive rewards.
Step 1 — Sign-Up Reward
To qualify for the Step 1 reward, participants must:
(a) Download the R10 Ronaldinho Playground application;
(b) Create an account;
The Step 1 reward will be credited directly by the Organizer.
Step 2 — Daily Visit Community Reward
Participants may open and visit the app daily during the Campaign Period to contribute toward the community milestone.
If the community collectively reaches twenty thousand (100,000) total app visits during the Campaign Period
The Organizer reserves the sole right to determine, calculate, verify, and confirm whether the community milestone has been achieved.
For avoidance of doubt:
- Step 2 rewards are conditional community rewards;
- Individual participation alone does not guarantee receipt of bonus packs unless the overall milestone is achieved.
Step 3 — Viral Share Reward
To qualify for the Step 3 reward, participants must:
(a) Comment their User ID under the designated pinned Instagram or TikTok campaign post;
(b) Upload or attach a valid screenshot as instructed by the Organizer; and
(c) Tag two (2) friends in the same post or comment.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify social participation eligibility before granting rewards.
6. Reward Distribution
Rewards will only be distributed to accounts that:
(a) Successfully complete all required participation steps during the Campaign Period; and
(b) Use a valid and matching email address between the app account and landing page registration form.
The Organizer shall not be responsible for failed reward delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or mismatched email information submitted by participants.
7. Marketing & Communications Consent
By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the Organizer collecting, using, storing, processing, and sharing your submitted information for purposes related to:
- Campaign administration;
- Account verification;
- Product updates;
- Marketing communications;
- Push notifications;
- Future promotional campaigns; and
- Advertising and retargeting activities.
You acknowledge and agree that marketing communications may be delivered via email, in-app notifications, push notifications, social media audiences, or other digital communication channels operated by the Organizer.
8. Participant Conduct
Participants shall not:
- Use false, misleading, or impersonated identities;
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes;
- Engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive behavior;
- Attempt to interfere with the Campaign systems or platform operations.
The Organizer reserves the right to reject or withhold rewards where participation violates these Terms or applicable laws.
9. Intellectual Property
All application content, trading card assets, graphics, branding elements, character likenesses, AI experiences, and related intellectual property associated with R10 Ronaldinho Playground remain the exclusive property of the Organizer and/or its licensors.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, commercialize, resell, or exploit any Campaign assets without prior written consent from the Organizer.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Campaign and all rewards are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Organizer does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the application, platform availability, reward delivery timing, or error-free operation of AI-powered features.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be liable for:
- Technical failures;
- Platform interruptions;
- Delayed reward distribution;
- Data loss;
- Unauthorized access;
- User-generated errors; or
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Campaign.
11. No Employment or Partnership Relationship
Participation in the Campaign does not create any employment, partnership, sponsorship, contractor, agency, or affiliate relationship between participants and the Organizer.
12. Amendments
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, update, modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms or the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
Any updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brazil.
