By participating in this competition (“Competition”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
1. Organizer
The Competition is organized by the owner of R10 Ronaldinho Playground (“Organizer”).
2. How to Participate
To enter the Competition, participants must complete all of the following steps:
- Perform the designated “Sombero Flick” football trick.
- Record the performance using the R10 Ronaldinho Playground app.
- Share the recorded video on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.
- Follow @R10RonaldinhoPlayground on the chosen platform.
- Tag @R10RonaldinhoPlayground and include the hashtag #R10RonaldinhoPlayground in the post
- Tag friends in the post.
- Ensure the account and post are set to Public.
- Ensure likes and comments are visible for the entire duration of the Competition.
- After posting, DM us your post link and the email you used to sign in
Failure to meet any of the above requirements may result in disqualification.
3. How to Win
- Points = Total Likes + Shares + Comments.
- Winners are determined based on total engagement points.
- The top three (3) highest-ranking entries will be selected as winners:
- 🥇 1st Place: $300 USD
- 🥈 2nd Place: $150 USD
- 🥉 3rd Place: $50 USD
- Each social media platform counts as a separate entry.
- In the event of a tie, the earlier submission will rank higher.
FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, THE FINAL DECISION REGARDING THE ELIGIBILITY, RANKING, SELECTION, AND DETERMINATION OF WINNERS SHALL BE MADE SOLELY BY THE ORGANIZERS IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, BASED ON THE TOTAL ENGAGEMENT POINTS RECORDED AND VERIFIED BY THE ORGANIZERS.
THE ENGAGEMENT-POINT FORMULA AND RELATED CRITERIA ARE DISCLOSED FOR PARTICIPANTS’ GENERAL REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY AND SHALL NOT CREATE ANY ENTITLEMENT, EXPECTATION, OR PRESUMPTION OF WINNING ON THE YOUR PART. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ANY ENGAGEMENT POINTS CALCULATED, MONITORED, OR CHECKED INDEPENDENTLY BY YOU (OR BY ANY THIRD PARTY) ARE UNOFFICIAL, MAY NOT REFLECT THE ORGANIZERS’ FINAL RECORDS, AND SHALL NOT BE RELIED UPON AS PROOF OF WINNING.
NO PARTICIPANT, REGARDLESS OF THE NUMBER OF ENGAGEMENT POINTS DISPLAYED OR ACCUMULATED, SHALL BE DEEMED A “WINNER,” NOR SHALL HAVE ANY RIGHT TO CLAIM OR RECEIVE A PRIZE ARISE, UNLESS AND UNTIL THE PARTICIPANT HAS BEEN FORMALLY NOTIFIED BY THE ORGANIZER AS A WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
THE ORGANIZERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ENGAGEMENT METRICS, RESOLVE DISCREPANCIES, AND MAKE ALL FINAL DECISIONS RELATING TO THE CONTEST OUTCOMES, WHICH DECISIONS SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING.
4. Timeline
- Submission start from Feb 6 to March 3, 2026
- Winner Announcement: After March 3, 2026
The Organizer reserves the right to modify the timeline if necessary.
5. Eligibility
- The Competition is open to individuals with a valid account on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.
- Participants must comply with all applicable laws and the terms and policies of the respective social media platforms.
- Employees, contractors, or affiliates of the Organizer may be excluded at the Organizer’s discretion.
- Participants under the age of 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent to participate.
- You acknowledge and agree that, by entering or participating in the Competition, they consent to the collection, use, processing, disclosure, and retention of their personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of the Competition and the Terms.
6. Content Requirements
- Accepted formats: Video, Reel, or Shorts only.
- Stories are not accepted.
- The submitted post must remain live and publicly accessible until winners are officially announced.
- Content must be original, lawful, and must not infringe upon any third-party rights.
You shall not upload, publish, or submit any content in connection with the Competition that:
Contains pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult material;
Promotes or relates to political campaigns, political advocacy, or partisan messaging;
Encourages illegal conduct, violence, hate speech, discrimination, or unlawful behaviour;
Depicts, promotes, or involves environmental harm, animal cruelty, child endangerment, or other abusive or exploitative conduct;
Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, vulgar, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate; or
Is otherwise offensive, harmful, outrageous, indecent, or reasonably likely to bring the Organizer or the Competition into disrepute, contempt, or public scandal, or to violate any applicable law, regulation, or platform policy.
YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WHERE ANY YOUR CONTENT OR CONDUCT RESULTS IN REPUTATIONAL HARM, REGULATORY EXPOSURE, FINANCIAL LOSS, DAMAGES, CLAIMS, OR LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST THE ORGANIZER, YOU SHALL BE SOLELY LIABLE AND OBLIGATED TO INDEMNIFY, COMPENSATE, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE ORGANIZER FROM AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES ARISING THEREFROM.
7. Winner Notification & Prize Claim
- Winners will be contacted via direct message (DM) on the social media platform used for entry.
- Winners must respond within 7 days of the initial contact.
- If no response is received within this period, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next highest-ranking participant.
8. Prize & Payment
- Prizes will be awarded via bank transfer.
- Winners are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information.
- Any applicable taxes, fees, or charges related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
For avoidance of doubt, your participation in the Competition or receipt of any prize shall not be construed as creating any employment, agency, partnership, sponsorship, contractor, or affiliate relationship between the Organizer and any participant. Winners are not representatives, contractors, or affiliates of the Organizer unless and until a separate written agreement is formally executed.
9. Fair Play & Disqualification
- Any form of fake or artificial engagement, including but not limited to bots, paid likes, paid comments, or manipulated interactions, is strictly prohibited.
- The Organizer reserves the right to review, verify, and disqualify any entry suspected of violating these Terms or engaging in unfair practices.
10. Content Usage & Marketing Rights
By participating in the Competition, you grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and share their submitted videos and related content for marketing, promotional, advertising, and communication purposes, including but not limited to use on websites, social media platforms, advertisements, and in-app materials.
You acknowledge that:
- No additional compensation will be provided beyond the awarded prize in case you are selected as a winner.
- You grant the Organizer the license under the terms of this clause regardless of whether you win.
- You represent and warrant that they own all rights to the submitted content and have obtained permission from any individuals appearing in the video.
11. Limitation of Liability
THE COMPETITION IS INTENDED SOLELY FOR LAWFUL ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS AN ENCOURAGEMENT, ENDORSEMENT, OR INVITATION TO ENGAGE IN DANGEROUS, RECKLESS, OR HAZARDOUS ACTIVITY.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL FOOTBALL TRICKS MUST BE PERFORMED RESPONSIBLY, WITH DUE REGARD TO PERSONAL ABILITY, PHYSICAL CONDITION, ENVIRONMENT, APPROPRIATE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS, AND COMPLIANCE TO APPLICABLE STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS.
THE ORGANIZER SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, HARM, LOSS, OR DAMAGE THAT ARISE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOU, OR IS CAUSED TO ANY OTHER PARTY BY YOU IN THE MAKING OF YOUR VIDEO FOR THE PURPOSE OF THIS COMPETITION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACCIDENTS OR ENDANGERMENT TO ONESELF OR OTHERS, VANDALISM OF PRIVATE OR PUBLIC ASSETS, ANY FORM OF ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE OR DEGRADATION, OR ANIMAL CRUELTY, RESULTING FROM UNSAFE, RECKLESS OR INAPPROPRIATE EXECUTION.
IN THE EVENT THAT ANY CLAIM, DEMAND, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING IS BROUGHT OR THREATENED AGAINST THE ORGANIZER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE YOUR SUBMITTED CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALLEGATIONS OF INFRINGEMENT OR VIOLATION OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS, THE PARTICIPANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE ORGANIZER, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL FEES) ARISING THEREFROM.
12. No Reimbursement of Participation Costs
You agree and acknowledge that your participation in the competition is undertaken voluntarily and entirely at your own expense. The Organizer does not provide, sponsor, subsidize, or fund any costs associated with a participant’s entry, including but not limited to expenses incurred in the planning, production, filming, editing, uploading, or publication of any video content submitted for the purposes of this competition.
You acknowledge and agree that you shall have no right to claim, recover, or seek reimbursement from the Organizer for any costs, charges, fees, or expenses whatsoever incurred in connection with their participation, regardless of whether you are ultimately selected as a winner.
13. Platform Disclaimer
This Competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.
14. Final Decision
All decisions made by the Organizer regarding the Competition, including eligibility, scoring, disqualification, and winner selection, are final and binding.
15. Amendments
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Competition or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the SIAC.
