Sometimes, users may encounter app issues and want to report to the operation team. In this case, we recommend users to send us log files which provide us more information to investigate and find solutions faster.
1. Access R10 Ronaldinho app -> Go to Profile icon
2. Choose "Report an issue"
3. Report the detailed issue you are facing and click Submit.
