If you’ve completed the in-app survey and didn’t receive your avatar reward, don’t worry — sometimes rewards take a little extra time to appear or need a quick refresh to sync with your account. Here’s what you can do to claim your avatar.
1. Check Your Internet Connection
Avatars and rewards are synced online, so make sure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data network.
A weak or disconnected signal might delay the reward from appearing in your account.
2. Refresh or Restart the App
If you’ve just finished the survey:
- Close the R10 Ronaldinho Playground app completely.
- Wait a few seconds, then reopen it.
- Go to your Profile Page or Avatar Selection Screen, your new avatar may now appear.
Refreshing the app helps it reconnect to the server and update your latest progress.
3. Update the App
If you’re using an older version of the app, reward syncing might not work properly.
- Go to the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Search for R10 Ronaldinho Playground and check for any available updates.
After updating, reopen the app and check your avatar collection again.
4. Still Haven’t Received Your Avatar? Contact Support
If you’ve followed all the steps and your avatar still hasn’t appeared:
- Contact our Support Team through the email:support@r10playground.com.
- Include:
- The survey name (e.g., Pop-up Survey).
- The date you completed it.
- A screenshot of your completion screen (if available).
- Your account name or email used in the app.
Our team will review your account and help you manually add your avatar reward.
