If your progress, medals, or trophies didn’t update after completing a trick or Playground, don’t worry, this can happen occasionally due to connection or syncing issues. Here’s how to fix it and make sure your achievements are recorded properly.
1. Check Your Internet Connection
Progress and rewards are saved to your online profile, so an unstable or lost internet connection might prevent updates from syncing correctly.
Try the following:
- Make sure you’re connected to a strong Wi-Fi or mobile data network.
- If you were offline while completing a trick, reconnect to the internet, your progress should sync automatically once the app detects a connection.
2. Refresh the App
If your rewards don’t appear right away:
- Close the R10 Ronaldinho Playground app completely.
- Wait a few seconds, then reopen it.
- Go to your Progress Page or Profile Page — the medals or trophies should appear after the refresh.
3. Check if the Upload or Export Was Successful
If your trick requires uploading or exporting a self-recorded video, make sure the upload finished successfully.
- A failed or incomplete upload can delay your progress update.
- If your video upload failed, retry once your connection is stable.
Once the upload or export is confirmed, your reward will be processed and displayed automatically.
4. Confirm That You Met All Requirements
Some rewards only unlock when specific conditions are met — for example:
- Completing all tricks in a Playground before earning a trophy.
- Finishing every step of a tutorial before receiving a medal.
Double-check your Progress Page to ensure you’ve completed every required step.
5. Update to the Latest App Version
Using an outdated app version may cause temporary syncing or display issues.
- Go to the App Store or Google Play Store.
- Search for R10 Ronaldinho Playground and tap Update if available.
The latest version always includes performance improvements and bug fixes related to progress tracking.
6. Contact Support if the Issue Continues
If your progress or rewards still haven’t updated after trying the steps above:
- Contact our Support Team via email: support@r10playground.com.
- Include the following details:
- The trick or Playground that didn’t update.
- A screenshot of your Progress Page.
- Your device type and app version.
Our team will review your account and manually restore any missing progress or rewards if necessary.
