Your verification email helps us confirm your account and keep it secure, so it’s important to complete this step before exploring the full R10 experience.
1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Sometimes, verification emails may be filtered by your email provider.
- Open your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
- Search for “R10 Ronaldinho Playground” or “Verification” in your mailbox.
If you find the email there, mark it as “Not Spam” to ensure you receive future messages directly in your inbox.
